Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

The ELISA makes quantitative results possible. The use of microplates with single break strips also allows a small number of serum samples to be run.

The following test are available:

• Helicobacter pylori p120 (CagA) ELISA:
  Detection of IgG- and IgA-antibodies to the p120-(CagA-)protein of Helicobacter pylori.
